BAIINFO-China, Domestic GPC market showed an “M” trend in 2025. On the one hand, total GPC supply dropped. Combined with few arrivals of low-sulfur resources, domestic GPC prices went up rapidly. Then high-priced GPC inventories at ports were gradually released. As downstream plants had completed replenishment, they became less active in procurement. As a result, GPC prices began to move down.
