BAIINFO-Weekly Analysis on China GPC Market (May 23-May 29, 2025)

Abstract:
BAIINFO-CHINA, Domestic GPC market ran soft. Major refineries’ GPC prices registered stable-to-down scenario. Independent refineries’ GPC prices fluctuated narrowly. Imported GPC shipments were not quite smooth. To be specific, some Sinopec refineries kept reducing GPC prices. CNPC/PetroChina refineries’ GPC prices remained largely stable with individual declines by RMB 200/T. CNOOC refineries’ GPC prices slipped by RMB 50-100/T. Independent refineries’ GPC prices mostly dropped by RMB 20-350/T.
